The Church of Our Lady of the Green, formerly called of Our Lady of Mercy, is located outside urban settlements, between Atri and Giappiedi and it was build by Panfilo Nozi. The portal is dated 1641. Inside votive frescoes, some dating from 1576 (in 1712, Lascaris noticed a Crucifixion, a Trinity-the Lord embracing the Crucified - a Pieta, among various Saints – a Christ deposed in the arms of Our Lady of Sorrows), a stone seat runs along the walls.
